Tutti Frutti (10 x 10 inches)

A whimsical exploration of shape, colour, depth and transparency. I didn’t intend to paint jelly beans; they were just the shape that my hand wanted to make when I held a 1-inch flat brush… The overlapping shapes and contrasting hard and disappearing edges create a magical, colourful little painting to brighten a dark corner of the room. This piece would look lovely paired with its siblings, “Strawberry Daiquiri” and “Berry Blue” (my favourite jelly bean flavour 😉 ).

Mounted in a grey, wooden tray from, with teal edges peeking out.
