My works on canvas have a dreamy, nostalgic feel. While shapes are still loose and transparent, the fabric mutes the colours slightly and softly blurs their edges. The weave of the canvas often peeks through the paint, providing a gentle suggestion of texture, particularly when the paint is thinly applied.
